All About Me
My name is Casey Freshour. I am the 4th Grade Math and Science teacher at Camp Creek Elementary. I started my teaching career seventeen years ago as a 2nd grade teacher at Baileyton Elementary. After five years I moved to DeBusk Elementary and taught 1st grade for the next eight years. Those roads brought me here to Camp Creek. I taught one year of 3rd grade science and social studies. I moved three years ago to second grade and am now excited to move to 4th grade.
I am from Greeneville and so is my family. I was fortunate to have been raised in a military family and moved all around the world before starting middle school. I went to elementary school in Hawaii. I am a Greeneville High School graduate. I attained my Associates Degree at Walters State Community College and continued and obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education at East Tennessee State University.
I am married and have a thirteen year old son. We love to travel, cook, and watch movies. I enjoy scrapbooking when I have time. I have two little dogs that are spoiled rotten.
I love being a teacher. It is the most rewarding career and I look forward to working with your child.
