MEET THE TEACHER

Hello Bears! I am Chelsea Sams. I teach first grade at Camp Creek Elementary. I am proud to be a Camp Creek Bear. I am married to Derek Sams. We have 2 feisty little girls. I love football and the Tennessee VOLS. I grew up in Chuckey, TN, and went to Chuckey-Doak High School.

 

I went to Walters State Community College and received an associate's degree in elementary education. Then, I went on to East Tennessee State University to get my bachelor's degree in elementary education. I look forward to this year! I am excited to be your first-grade teacher and part of your journey. You are going to do amazing things this year in first grade. Let the fun and learning begin!
